1. Data collected

  • The contact form collects: name, email, subject, and message.
  • After you consent, Google Analytics collects navigation and interaction data limited to content language, content category, and measured actions. Form fields are never sent to Analytics.
  • Minimal technical data (server logs) may be processed for security and maintenance.

2. Processing purposes

  • Handle inbound requests and respond to prospects or clients.
  • Measure audience and content interactions to improve the website.
  • Ensure service security and abuse prevention.

3. Legal basis

  • Legitimate interest for inbound B2B communications.
  • Explicit consent for Google Analytics and when users voluntarily submit the contact form.

4. Retention

  • Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months.
  • Technical logs are retained according to hosting and security policies.

5. Audience measurement and consent

  • The Google Analytics script loads only after you accept. Refusing does not prevent you from using the website.
  • Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

6. Your rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.
