Commitment

  • Aegis Techno is committed to making its digital services accessible to everyone, from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2028.
  • This plan sets the organisation, resources and scope of the approach; a yearly action plan breaks it down into dated actions.

Scope

  • Company website (https://aegis-techno.fr): fully compliant by the end of 2026.
  • Aegis PDF application (https://pdf.aegis-techno.fr): audit and compliance in 2027.
  • Published applications (LoveBook, Exquistory and later ones), on app stores and dedicated sites: audits in 2027 and 2028.

Organisation

  • Accessibility lead: Boris Bodin, president of Aegis Techno, reachable at contact@aegis-techno.fr.
  • The lead runs the audits, keeps the statement up to date and approves every new page template before release.
  • Service providers and subcontractors receive an RGAA accessibility clause in their contracts.

Resources

  • Time: about two days a year for audits and counter-audits; fixes are part of the regular development flow.
  • Tooling: the DINUM Ara tool, the NVDA screen reader, automated accessibility tests in the continuous integration pipeline.
  • Skills: monitoring of RGAA and WCAG updates, ongoing training of the lead.

Accessibility in projects

  • Every new page or feature is checked with a keyboard and a screen reader before going live.
  • Shared components (header, footer, forms, consent panel) have a dedicated accessibility acceptance test.
  • Published content follows a checklist: heading hierarchy, image alternatives, language of foreign terms, explicit links.

Schedule

  • 2026: initial site audit, fix of the 11 non-compliances, publication of the statement, screen reader counter-audit.
  • 2027: Aegis PDF audit, automated accessibility tests, yearly site audit.
  • 2028: mobile application audits, yearly site audit, review and preparation of the next plan.

Follow-up

  • The review of each action plan is published with the following year’s plan.
  • User feedback received at contact@aegis-techno.fr is handled within ten working days and added to the action plan.
